1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Our Orchestra, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. If you are under 16, you must have a parent or guardian review and accept these terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and account details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering — including your real location and instrument or role — so other members can find and trust you. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Member conduct

Our Orchestra is a community for musicians, singers, bands, and fans to connect. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members.
• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your skills or identity.
• Use the platform to spam, scam, or solicit outside commercial services.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute member data without permission.

4. Bands & collaborations

Joining a band, sending requests, or forming collaborations through Our Orchestra does not create a legal partnership between you and other members. Any agreements about royalties, songwriting credits, or payments are entirely between you and your collaborators — we are not a party to them.

5. Content you share

You retain ownership of photos, audio, and text you upload, and grant Our Orchestra a limited licence to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload and that it does not infringe a third party's intellectual property.

6. Prohibited use

You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform, or use it in a way that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Our Orchestra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find collaborators, gigs, or bands, and we are not liable for interactions, disputes, or losses arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
